Norman has spoken at many local Garden Clubs and Horticultural Organizations. The fee for a garden lecture is generally $200 per hour plus expenses. Contact our office today to discuss your event.
Professional Consultation
Designing and maintaining water gardens, ponds and landscaping has been our specialty at Water Garden Designs by Tharpe for over 35 years. Norman welcomes the opportunity to instruct homeowners as well as aspiring landscape artists in the craft of water garden and landscape design, He is happy to share more than 35 years of experience in the business with you so you can achieve the results you want.
Norman's consultations are available for a $300 fee per hour, plus expenses.
This is a unique experience to learn from a master designer that will teach you the craft of extreme landscaping, including what materials and equipment to use and why, and how to get the longest lasting result for your budget.
